Altitude Wine Tasting
During our Altitude Wines tasting event, we'll take you on a journey to explore vines cultivated at higher altitudes. Dany Teixeira from Vins Purs Wines will present 7 samples from France, 3 from the Alps and 4 from the Pyrenees. Winemaking in these remote and rugged vineyards, where wildlife presence often poses challenges, alongside the microclimate characterized by strong winds and very cold winters, creates an environment that shapes the unique flavours and characteristics of these wines.
All wines are sourced from small independent wineries committed to organic or biodynamic practices, as well as low intervention in the cellar, showcasing their dedication to sustainability and quality.
